Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain medical and personal-use products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.
Return Process
To request a return:

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Process

Shipping Charges
